BUILDING PLOTS IN Răcari

It’s a good time to invest in Răcari and the surrounding area as it is only 35km North-West of Bucharest and only 25-30 minutes to the nearest airport (Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport) .

Plans for the metropolitan zone of Bucharest will mean Racari being situated right on the border of the capital city, a similar situation as living on the outskirts of London. The City Hall of Racari has already obtained European funds for further development of the infra-structure of the city (natural gas/roads/sewage systems etc.) .

When I initially bought the land I spent a lot of time researching the area and the future plans with the funding that was coming through membership of the EU,  nestled in a rural setting next to the picturesque  villages of Mavrodin and Ghergani part of Răcari town, located in the historical Brasov Dâmbovița County it is easily accessible via National Road 7 from the airport, situated just 2 km from National Road, in an area favoured by Property Developers and Investors.

You have the ideal situation of being close to the capital city while being far enough away to be in the countryside with plenty of woodland and lakes in walking distant but still have the facilities of a growing major town . Another major reason to buy now is Romania’s impending adoption of the euro as it’s national currency, as of August 2017 so you’re looking at around 2022, according to Romania's foreign minister , as the date gets closer land/property is rising at a decent rate and the momentum shows no sign of slowing

Initially I am wanting to sell individual plots at a cost of £8750 each, however if you were interested in buying more than one, these would  be discounted further  for eg: 2 would be £16500 and 3 £24,000.

All plots come with planning and are freehold.

These plots would be ideal for the building of luxury Wooden Chalets making it a very affordable but with minimal outlay, for less than £20,000 you could have a holiday home that dreams are made of, the individual plots would easily accommodate a large 4 bedroomed property, or a small chalet type holiday home leaving more parking and garden space.  The building of Timber Homes is easier to arrange and afford.  Plus the added bonus of it being made personal to you!
